Commercial Excellence & Program Manager
Your role
As a member of the commercial leadership team, the Commercial Excellence & Program Manager leads and drives innovative and improvement initiatives that enhance our commercial organization’s competitiveness and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively across teams to implement projects that align with our strategic goals. Starting in an operational capacity, you’ll transition to a strategic leadership role, ultimately building and managing your own team.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple innovation and improvement projects aimed at enhancing commercial performance and aligning with the overall commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives that drive growth and improve competitiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by sharing new ideas to enhance commercial processes, products, tools, and services.
- Build and maintain a robust network of internal and external stakeholders to support commercial innovation and improvement efforts.
- Monitor commercial performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, integrating a continuous improvement mindset within the organization.
- Track and report progress on projects, establishing KPIs, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.

- Extensive knowledge of commercial processes, best practices, and fostering an innovation mindset within teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and implementing innovative commercial strategies.
- Strong knowledge of commercial processes, systems, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing Program and Project management within a (commercial) organization.
- Experience in a commercial environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and ERP tools.
- Master’s degree with 10 -12 years of work experience.
