Office Manager
Your role
Interfood Americas, in Montevideo, Uruguay is looking for a proactive, organized and communicative Office Manager to manage and streamline our daily office operations. As the Office Manager you are in close contact with every department and different stakeholders, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizations skills, is able to handle different administrative duties at the same time and is committed to create a welcoming environment for both our employees and external parties.

As you new Office Manager you:
Office Support:
- Ensure the office space is maintained clean, functioning as needed
- Liaise with the necessary actors regarding the office functionality (security, electricity, cleaning, stationery, among others)
- Manage cell phone lines and devices, according to the Cell-phone Policy
- Manage Corporate Credit Cards expenses settlement through SRXP app
- Assist and facilitate relocation of employees
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Oversee fleet management
Travel Management:
Assist in the trips booking process, making sure the Travel Policy is properly followed
