IT Service Delivery Manager

You will play a critical role in managing user expectations, establishing service metrics, resolving issues, and implementing cybersecurity measures to protect our data and IT infrastructure. As our new IT Service Delivery Manager you:
- Lead and coach a team composed of support engineers, a system administrator, and a security engineer.
- Monitor service performance to ensure all services meet agreed standards.
- Manage and resolve service incidents, minimizing impact on the organization.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure high user satisfaction.
- Design and implement short- and mid-term strategies for service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement service enhancement plans.
- Stay current with modern technologies to continuously elevate service and support.
- Oversee compliance tasks including license management, endpoint management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Actively participate in project go-lives and be available to support after-hours activities when needed.
