Accounts Receivable Analyst

Your role

Within this role you will be part of the Finance Team focusing on Accounts Receivable activities for the offices in Miami, México and Brazil, which are part of the Americas hub. 

You will be functional responsible for the contract approval, collection and credit monitoring process with a clear focus on continue improvement and automation. 

Your tasks and responsibilities include cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with clients, sales teams, and logistics coordinators to ensure all billing needs are met in a timely manner.

In this role you will support and report to the Accounts Receivable Manager in Uruguay. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Collection process and analysis, performing daily collection activities and reports.

  • Support in requesting, monitoring and reconciling credit limits for all the customers.

  • Perform the Sales contract approval.

  • Generate Credit & Debit Notes.

  • Create Customers in the system and fill out KYC forms.

  • Main point of contact for customer management questions, trainings and cashflow information. 

  • Active interaction with other Departments for customers reports.

  • Assist the team in the Audit process and tools implementation.

  • Perform administrative tasks as needed and duties as assigned.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Administration.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar.
Affinity with automation systems and Microsoft Office (Excel mainly).
Good language and communication skills: Spanish, English and Portuguese, both verbally and written.
Self-motivation, conceptual thinking, and critical problem solving.
Organized, accurate and attentive to details.
Team player spirit and proactive attitude.
Nice to have: experience with the following tech stack: QuickBooks and Data: Tableau.
