Key Account & Business Development Manager
Your role
Interfood is looking for a Key Account & Business Development Manager. As our new Key Account Manager you will be responsible for nurturing a strong basis of trust and expanding long-term relationships. Your focus is to grow the business with our most crucial key accounts. Your job will be to identify the customer strategic priorities and underlying needs, and offer tailor made solutions based on our Value Propositions.
As a Key Account Manager you will be the internal and external go-to person as account specialist, overseeing the entire (sometimes global) relationship and responsible for the realization of the mutually identified projects with the assigned project team.
Eventually your efforts should lead to account growth and increased customer satisfaction!
Your Profile
We are seeking a new star for our Key Account team with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial drive, and who is a strategic mastermind. The ideal candidate excels at anticipating customer needs by asking insightful questions and genuine listening, always aiming to provide solutions that align with the strategic objectives of both the customers and Interfood.
As a business enabler, you will approach every challenge with creativity and innovation, taking full ownership of your strategic account plan and ensuring its successful execution. Your exceptional project management skills will guide the initiatives outlined in your account plan from start to completion. This role requires collaboration with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, so strong stakeholder management abilities are essential. You should be skilled at building and maintaining robust relationships to achieve shared goals.
